Roles & Responsibilities:  

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve assigned targets.

- Build strong relationships with clients through consistent communication, meetings, and presentations.

- Utilize market research, networking, and referrals to generate leads.

- Deliver persuasive sales presentations, highlighting the unique features of our properties.

- Guide clients through the transaction process, negotiate contract terms, and provide expert advice.

- Use our CRM system daily to manage leads and sales activities.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

Qualifications & Requirements: 

 - Proven sales or business development experience in Real Estate, Luxury Retail, Tourism, Tech, Start-ups, Consultancy, or Car/Yacht Sales.

- Preferably 1+ year of experience in Dubai's real estate market.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, or a related field.

- Valid UAE driving license.

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Candidates who speak languages such as Arabic, German, Turkish, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Italian and Farsi is an asset are also preferred.

- Independent, self-driven, and organized.

- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
